Mixed forms of address on one page
Counts the informal and formal German forms of address in a page's visible text and reports when two appear side by side.
Why this matters
The most common language leftover in generated apps: the generator writes formally, the hand-written sections switch to informal, and the pricing block came from a third template. To visitors the page then speaks with two voices.
We do not say which form is right — that is your brand and audience decision. We show two spots on the same page where the same page does it differently, and quote both.
Only unambiguous forms are counted. For the informal plural, exclusively the words that cannot mean anything else. For the formal form, only mid-sentence: at the start of a German sentence the same word usually refers to the app, not to the reader. Legal pages are not examined at all — a formal legal notice alongside an informal app is customary and fine.
