What is in scope and what is not
  • We define pages, page types, form functions and editable areas before the order is placed.
  • We embed the legal texts you provide on the agreed pages. Writing them and legal review are not included.
  • Brand development, full copywriting, translations, custom interfaces and extensive migrations are available as add-ons.
  • Changes to the approved scope get a separate fixed-price quote in advance.
  • Fixing bugs in the agreed work does not count as an additional change request.

How long it takes depends on scope and feedback. We agree on the schedule together with the fixed price.

After launch, you still have a contact person.

If you like, we take over the technical operation of your website. Hosting, maintenance and technical issues then have one clear point of contact.

What to know before you get in touch

What is included in the fixed price?

Everything listed on the package card: structure, design, clickable prototype, development, entry of your content, SEO basics, two feedback rounds and the go-live. Anything beyond that is stated in the quote beforehand.

Which copy, images and brand materials do we need to provide?

Logo, colours and fonts, if you have them. Plus copy and images for the agreed pages and your legal texts. In the Growth package we revise your copy for structure and clarity, but we do not rewrite it.

Can we edit content ourselves?

Yes, in the areas we agree on as editable. The Growth package includes an editorially maintainable area for references or a blog, with onboarding.

Can you take over an existing website?

We review the existing site technically and tell you what can be carried over. Extensive migrations are offered separately.

Is hosting included?

No. Hosting and technical support are agreed separately at an annual fixed price. You can also run the website yourself or with another provider.

What happens if there are technical problems?

With a support contract, we analyse and fix incidents within the infrastructure we manage. Contact channels and scope are set out in the operations quote.

How are later changes billed?

As an extension at a fixed price, agreed before the work starts. No hourly billing. Fixing bugs in the agreed work costs nothing extra.

Is funding available for the website?

Depending on the federal state and company status, it may be. We check this individually in the initial call and make no blanket promises.
