The company and its plan: Elite Pura Vida Rides drives guests around Costa Rica in premium vehicles between airports, hotels and destinations. Until now the team took every request personally by phone or WhatsApp. The plan: offer this booking online, around the clock, with a fixed price per route.
Our contribution: In the kick-off we set the core of the product, showed a clickable prototype of the booking flow on day 3 and, after one feedback round, built the MVP: route selection with a fixed price, online payment, scheduling handover, bilingual in Spanish and English.
What is possible today: Today guests book and pay directly on the website. Our fastest project so far: live after day 7.

Endelevu Insight

ESG platform for land development projects

In use

The company and its plan: Endelevu Insight personally advises land development projects on ESG reporting. The plan: turn this advisory work into a scalable platform, so that more clients benefit and every ESG report is structured, auditable and ready for sign-off.
Our contribution: We designed an executive dashboard as a clickable prototype with demo data and, after the user tests, built the MVP: roles for admin and client author, 2FA from day one, an audit trail and a Claude analysis that people sign off.
What is possible today: ESG reporting is now structured, auditable and ready for sign-off. The product keeps growing in prototype loops on the same codebase.
