Service Overview

Five Modules. Focused. Combinable.

Each module is a self-contained building block with a clear objective. You choose what fits your current stage — or combine several steps into a coherent workflow.

Quick Overview

All five modules at a glance

Each module produces a concrete outcome. This way you can start precisely where you actually are.

1. Orientation Phase

The target vision is still unclear, assumptions are not prioritized.

Before sketching solutions, the target audience, core problem, and MVP scope need to be precisely defined.

Innovation Workshop

2. Visualization Phase

The idea exists, but it needs to become tangible for stakeholders or users.

The clickable prototype validates or extends design and workflows with real users — before any code is written.

Clickable Prototype UX Validation Loop

3. Development Phase

Designs exist — now it's about real feedback or technical testing.

Validated concepts become functional software: first the Code Prototype, then iteratively via Prototype Loops to the MVP or finished product.

Code Prototype Prototype Loop

The logical sequence of modules

Each module builds meaningfully on the previous one. You don't have to go through all stages, but the architecture ensures sound decision-making before development begins.

The five service modules in detail

Starter Package

Innovation Workshop

Incl. Clickable Prototype

The right starting point when it's not yet clear enough what exactly should be built. The workshop creates this clarity and leads directly into an initial Clickable Prototype.

When relevant

  • when diffuse complexity is blocking the product launch
  • when internal discussions about priorities are not producing clear results
  • when a sharp product scope is needed before development or investment
  • when risks need to be isolated early

€7,500 Fixed package price

What is included

  • Clarification of goals, problem space, and priorities
  • Sharpening of user logic and core use cases
  • Creation of an initial design system
  • Clickable Prototype as a validation foundation

Outcome

A clear decision-making basis and an initial Clickable Prototype for tangible review of product logic and assumptions.

Funding eligibility possible — up to 80% depending on location. Transparent assessment during the initial consultation.

Direct Start Available

Clickable Prototype

For teams with existing clarity

The right starting point when the goal, direction, and core logic are already sufficiently clear and you want to jump straight into a clickable, testable prototype without a preceding workshop.

When relevant

  • when goals and general direction are already defined
  • when the relevant user flows are already sufficiently clear
  • when product logic needs to become tangible quickly
  • when a clickable test version is directly the most sensible next step

€3,500 Fixed package price

What is included

  • clickable prototype for the core user flows
  • structured translation of existing requirements into testable product logic
  • focus on essential interactions rather than visual elaboration
  • solid foundation for feedback, internal alignment, and early validation

Outcome

A clickable, understandable, and immediately usable prototype that lets you tangibly verify assumptions, workflows, and product decisions early on.

Funding eligibility possible — up to 80% depending on location. Transparent assessment during the initial consultation.

Technical Starting Point

Code Prototype

Production-ready code as a starting point toward your product

The right starting point when core product logic needs to be validated not just visually, but in working code. This creates a technical foundation that makes real feasibility visible and can serve as a solid basis for further development. Every line is production-ready code — not a throwaway, but the starting point for development toward an MVP and a finished product.

When relevant

  • when technical risks need early validation
  • when it's unclear whether complex core logic is realistically implementable
  • when genuine user reactions to working features are needed
  • when a validated core before the full build is critical
  • when you want to start toward product and implementation

€12,500 Fixed package price

What is included

  • focused prototype in working code for the decisive product mechanics
  • technical implementation of the relevant core rather than a purely visual simulation
  • targeted testing of behavior, feasibility, and critical implementation questions
  • deliverable and reusable foundation for the next product phase

Outcome

A functional technical prototype that lets you test the product core more realistically. At the same time, code is created that can save time and costs as a foundation for further development.

Funding eligibility possible — up to 80% depending on location. Transparent assessment during the initial consultation.

Iterative Validation Step

UX Validation Loop

When you have a version but not yet enough confidence

The right next step when a clickable or functional version already exists and now needs to become more robust through real feedback, observations, and targeted iterations. The UX Validation Loop is also an extension toward design and workflow — not just pure validation.

When relevant

  • when a prototype exists but there isn't enough confidence about usability and comprehension
  • when relevant user flows need to be tested with real feedback
  • when assumptions need to be validated in the usage context
  • when it needs to become clearer what works and what should be adjusted before the next investment

€1,350 per loop sprint

What is included

  • structured preparation and focus on the assumptions to be tested
  • targeted validation of relevant user flows and interactions
  • analysis of observations, feedback, and patterns
  • concrete recommendations for adjustments, priorities, and next iterations

Outcome

Greater confidence about what already works, where friction occurs, and which adjustments are truly relevant. This turns an initial version into a more robust next step.

Iterative Development

Prototype Loop

For teams that want to evolve systematically

The right next step when an existing prototype shouldn't remain at an initial version but needs targeted development — through multiple focused iterations toward a more robust product stage.

When relevant

  • when a Clickable Prototype or Code Prototype already exists
  • when multiple iterations are needed to systematically develop logic, depth, or quality
  • when an initial prototype stage should evolve into a more viable product core
  • when development toward an MVP and a finished product is the goal

€4,500 per loop sprint

What is included

  • iterative development based on an existing prototype stage
  • targeted prioritization of the next meaningful development steps
  • deepening of product logic, interactions, and core functions
  • continuity-ready progress toward a more robust product stage or MVP

Outcome

A further-developed prototype stage that doesn't just show more, but carries more weight. Step by step, a more solid foundation for the next product phase emerges.

In Practice

Typical project paths based on your starting point

Not every project starts from scratch. Depending on existing groundwork, design maturity, research, or technical clarity, we pick up at different points. This results in typical project paths with clear packages, realistic budget corridors, and stage-gated approvals based on solid outcomes.

Startups (Pre-Seed to Seed)

From hypothesis validation and feasibility to a solid MVP foundation.

Typical Path

Innovation Workshop → UX Validation Loop → Code Prototype → Prototype Loop

Typical Range

€16,000 – €32,200 net

Established Companies / Online Shops

When conversion flow, user guidance, and technical integrations need to become tangible before a larger build.

Typical Path

Clickable Prototype → UX Validation Loop → Code Prototype

Typical Range

€16,000 – €18,700 net

Design Studios / Partner Cases

When design already exists, but technical reality checks and MVP proximity are still missing. Technical implementation of the design to exact specifications — the design studio can keep steering and co-validate.

Typical Path

Code Prototype → Prototype Loop

Typical Range

€12,500 – €26,000 net

The exact package sequence depends on your starting point. Through stage-gated approvals based on evidence-driven outcomes, investment risk and decision pressure remain far more manageable.

Frequently asked questions about the modules

What is the concrete difference between a Clickable Prototype and a Code Prototype?

The Clickable Prototype simulates the application workflows — the actual flows, not just the looks. But there is no programmed code behind it yet. A Code Prototype, on the other hand, is real, programmed software that can process information to prove the technical feasibility of a core function.

What exactly happens within a loop?

A loop is a clearly defined development sprint. In a UX Validation Loop, we extend workflows and test them with real users. In a Prototype Loop, we develop defined functions further in code. Each loop has a clear goal and a fixed budget.

Do we have to book all modules?

No. The modules are deliberately designed so that you only purchase what you need in your current project phase.

Do we own the results at the end?

Yes, completely. Whether workshop documentation, design files, or written code: at the end of each module, all usage and ownership rights to the produced artifacts transfer to you.

Let's define the right starting point together.

In a short, no-obligation conversation we analyze your current challenge and determine which module will bring you the most clarity right now.
