You support founding teams.
We make digital ideas tangible.
For accelerators, incubators and startup centres
As an AI-native software studio, we build digital products through a series of prototypes, each building on the last, through to the MVP and beyond. Your teams can test their ideas with users early, reduce uncertainty and plan their next steps with confidence. Along the way, they get something tangible to show investors and stakeholders.
No project needed. 30 minutes on how you support your teams and how we work.
Book an intro callTest early. Decide with confidence. Build step by step.
A prototype people can actually use gives feedback and decisions a solid basis.
What the team learns feeds into the next version.
Test ideas with users.
Real users try out the key flows. The team sees whether the workflows make sense and whether the design supports the tasks it was built for.
Narrow down the next step.
Together we work out which assumptions are still open and which features are needed next.
Make the solution tangible.
Teams show customers, investors and stakeholders how their solution works, and back up decisions with evidence rather than assumptions.
Build on what you learn.
The clickable prototype becomes working core features, followed by the next steps to the MVP and beyond.
Every prototype brings the next decision closer.
We build digital products in steps that build on one another. We test open questions early, and what we learn feeds back into design and development.
Understand and focus.
Together with the team, we pin down which problem needs solving and for whom. From that, we define the product core and a sensible scope for the first version.
Result: A shared understanding and the key assumptions to test.
Build a prototype. Test it with users.
We make the key workflows and the design clickable. Real users test the flows. Together with the team, we review the feedback and refine the prototype.
Result: A testable prototype and concrete insights for the next version.
The prototype becomes software.
We build the agreed core features as a Code Prototype. The team tries the solution out as working software and can test technical questions in practice.
Result: Usable core features for further testing and decisions.
The product keeps growing.
We expand the product step by step to the MVP and beyond. User feedback and new requirements feed into its further development.
Result: A product that keeps evolving with the team's insights and requirements.
From Excel and consulting to an ESG platform.
Endelevu InsightClient project
Endelevu supports investors and private equity firms with reporting on their portfolio companies. The idea: move the existing consulting work and Excel-based processes onto a digital platform.

Shape the product idea.
Together we worked out how information, analyses and approvals should come together in a single digital product.
Make the flows tangible.
A clickable prototype with demo data let people try out the planned dashboard and the key user flows early on.
Test with users and refine.
User testing provided feedback on workflows and design, which fed into further refinement and the development of the MVP.
Launch the platform and expand it.
Today, Endelevu Insight supports structured, auditable reporting that is ready for sign-off. The product continues to evolve step by step on the same codebase.
Where our work fits into your programme.
When one of your teams moves from a digital idea to the question of what the actual product should be, we can help: what should the first version do? How can the idea be tested with users? And how does it become working software?
Whether as part of an existing format or in the product development of individual teams, we agree together on how best to get involved.
A visible product, insights from user testing and a clear view of the open questions give your ongoing support a concrete basis.
Who you'll work with.
Your teams work directly with the people responsible for product scope, design and technical delivery.

What you'll want to know about how we work.
Do you replace the support our programme provides?
No. You support your teams; we add the hands-on product work: prototypes, user testing and technical delivery. We'll work out together where the two connect.
How can you contribute to our existing formats?
Together we look at which product questions your teams are currently facing and how we can help. That might be a one-off contribution to an existing format or hands-on work on individual teams' prototypes and software.
How early can teams work with you?
As soon as there's a defined problem and target group. The first clickable prototype is ready within days and doesn't require a finished specification.
What does user testing check?
The workflows and design of the clickable prototype, with real users. It produces insights and agreed changes for the next version, not a guarantee of success.
What's the difference between a clickable prototype, a Code Prototype and an MVP?
A clickable prototype makes flows and design tangible, without real data. A Code Prototype makes the agreed core features usable as software. The product then grows into the MVP through further build steps.
Do we need a specific team or project to talk to you?
No. We talk about how you support your teams and how we work, and see where the two fit together.
Where could we help your teams move forward?
Let's talk about how you support founding teams and where prototyping, user testing or technical delivery could unlock the next step.
