Legal notice: sample values from the template

The neighbouring rule checks whether a detail is **present**. This one checks whether it **means** anything. A sample street and postcode passes every completeness check and is still not a legal notice — it is a generator's untouched scaffold.

For generated apps this is the norm, not the exception: the mandatory page gets created, filled with example values and never opened again — it is there, after all. Which is exactly why nobody on the team notices.

This rule rests on firmer ground than the completeness check beside it: there we make a claim about your legal form and can be wrong, here we quote a string that sits on your page — a sample street is not a valid business address under any legal form. It stays a low-severity hint and does not overturn your overall verdict; a formal defect on a mandatory page is not an open database. Worth looking at all the same — missing mandatory details are actionable under German law.
