Rebuild path · after the scoping

A rebuild does not mean starting over.

What works is carried over. What is new is the foundation underneath — the one your product should run on for the next few years.

What stays

  • Data model and content
  • Interface and copy
  • Users and their data
  • Everything you learned about your users

What is built new

  • Architecture and data access
  • Security and permission model
  • Deploy and test path
  • The foundation on which features stop colliding

How the migration runs

  1. Settle what carries over

We identify which existing parts are taken along.

  2. Build the new foundation

The new technical base is built underneath, not alongside.

  3. Migrate content and users

Content and users are moved onto the new base in a controlled way.

  4. Cut over with a way back

The switch happens with a documented rollback path.

Connection to the existing offering

The rebuild path leads into the existing decivo package “Code Prototype”. It is the same service we offer outside the rescue funnel — rescue is the way in, not a separate product.

from €12,500 net

Your paid scoping (€1,350) is credited — if commissioned within 30 days.

What carries over is settled by the scoping — a rebuild cannot be priced seriously before that.
