The app's database is not answering

Architecture & SEOSeverity: High

Checks whether the Supabase project behind the app is paused or no longer exists — then nothing that needs data works.

Why this matters

Free Supabase projects are paused automatically after a period without use. The page itself keeps loading and looks normal — but every request to the database is rejected: no login, no data, no forms.

We query the project with the key the app itself ships publicly and only report an unambiguous answer: Supabase status 540 (“project paused”) or no DNS record for the project address. Timeouts and server errors do not count.

How to fix it

Restore a paused project in the Supabase dashboard; a paid plan prevents it from pausing again. For a deleted project, correct the project address in the app's settings.
