The page stays blank when loading
Opens the app in a real browser and checks whether anything is visible after loading. Blank and an error at the same time — that is the “white screen”.
Why this matters
Many AI-built apps are assembled entirely in the browser: the server sends an empty shell and only the program fills it. If that program aborts on start — a missing setting, a database that does not answer — the shell stays empty. In the builder's preview everything worked; live, the visitor sees nothing.
We only report this when both come together: fewer than 20 characters of visible text and no image AND an observed error (program abort or failed request to the app itself or its database). A blank page without an error can be a splash screen; an error without a blank page often bothers no one.

How to fix it
Open the page in a private window, read the first red error in the console and fix it; often a setting is missing in the deployment. Then add an error page so visitors never see a blank page again.
